English — Quick Start

1. Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/bilohash-smart-popups/
2. Activate it in WordPress
3. Go to Smart Popups in the admin sidebar
4. Click "+ Add new popup" or use one of the 6 ready templates
5. Configure Design (with live preview), Triggers, Device & Page targeting
6. Save — the popup will appear automatically according to your rules

No shortcodes needed. Popups are shown based on per-popup targeting rules.
