bilohash.com runs PHP 8.3. That rules. Write and run student code for PHP 8.3+ (not 8.5-only). Hosting may have 8.5 available — our live site uses 8.3.

Simple rules
- For learning and practice — use the open code freely.
- Target PHP 8.3+ — same as our live interpreter.
- Commercial client work still needs a license (Stripe).
- You are a comrade: ask, break things, rebuild — we take it and do it together in spirit.
