📝 Norskprøven writing practice: tasks and tips
In the writing test you write messages, emails and, at higher levels, opinion texts. Practise word order (V2), connectors and past tense, and use the tasks below as timed practice.
Norskprøven A1–A2
1. Skriv en melding til en venn. Du kan ikke komme på kino i kveld. Skriv hvorfor, og foreslå en ny dag.Write a message to a friend. You cannot come to the cinema tonight. Say why and suggest a new day.
2. Skriv om familien din: hvem er dere, hvor bor dere, og hva liker dere å gjøre?Write about your family: who you are, where you live and what you like to do.
3. Du er syk og kan ikke gå på jobb. Skriv en kort melding til sjefen din.You are ill and cannot go to work. Write a short message to your boss.
Norskprøven A2–B1
1. Skriv en e-post til utleieren din. Noe i leiligheten er ødelagt. Forklar problemet og spør når det kan bli fikset.Write an email to your landlord. Something in the flat is broken. Explain the problem and ask when it can be fixed.
2. Fortell om en tur du har vært på. Hvor dro du, hva gjorde du, og hva likte du best?Describe a trip you have been on: where you went, what you did and what you liked best.
3. Skriv om en vanlig arbeidsdag eller skoledag. Hva er bra, og hva vil du forandre?Write about an ordinary day at work or school. What is good, and what would you change?
Norskprøven B1–B2
1. Mange mener at alle barn bør ha mobiltelefon. Hva mener du? Begrunn svaret ditt med eksempler.Many people think every child should have a mobile phone. What do you think? Give reasons and examples.
2. Skriv et innlegg til lokalavisen om kollektivtilbudet der du bor: hva fungerer, hva fungerer ikke, og hva bør kommunen gjøre?Write a letter to the local paper about public transport where you live: what works, what does not, and what the municipality should do.
3. Er det bedre å jobbe hjemmefra eller på kontoret? Drøft fordeler og ulemper.Is it better to work from home or at the office? Discuss the advantages and disadvantages.
Tip: write for 20–30 minutes without a dictionary, then compare your text with the model sentences in the app.
