  2. Clients (admin)Admin β†’ Clients: add name, email, address. On Create invoice pick a client β€” buyer fields fill automatically.
  3. Create invoiceChoose country (VAT/MVA), template or empty. Fill seller/buyer, line items, notes. Pick print design (1 of 12) and format (A4, A5, Letter, Legal).
  4. QR codeAdmin β†’ Settings β†’ QR: enable, choose invoice link, payment URL template ({amount}, {invoice_no}) or custom URL. Optional per-invoice payment link on create page.
  5. AI textAdmin β†’ AI: API key + prompts. β€œAI notes” on create page; β€œGenerate with AI” when sending email. Without key β€” templates in your UI language.
  6. Save, print & shareSave invoice β†’ JSON storage. Open link, print PDF in browser. QR encodes view or payment URL.
