1. Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/callback-request-admin/
2. Activate it in WordPress
3. Go to Callback Requests → Settings
4. Configure General, Design, Email (SMTP recommended), reCAPTCHA, Subscribe tabs
5. Use shortcodes: [callback_request_form] and [callback_subscribe_form]
6. Use the separate Mass Mailing menu item for bulk emails (with custom header/footer colors)
