An OLX-style board you host yourself: people post things for sale, buyers search by city and distance, and nothing leaves your database. A plugin plus a companion block theme — install both, and the board is the site.

What it does
Listings with photos
A gallery per listing, a price with an optional “or best offer”, the city, and a phone number the seller reveals on a click rather than publishing to bots.
Ten categories, each with its own fields
A car asks for the year and the mileage, a job asks whether the rate is hourly, an animal asks the species. The same form would be useless for all three.
Search by city and radius
Not a text field pretending to be geography: pick a city and say whether you want that city only or everything within a radius.
Seller accounts and moderation
Posting needs an account; a moderator sees new listings before the public does. Every listing has a report button.
Built-in safety
Phone numbers are hidden from bots, geodata is stripped from uploaded photos, and every listing page carries a short “meet in a public place” note.
Multilingual and accessible
The interface switches language from the header, and the theme is written to be usable with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Why not a plugin from the directory
Most classifieds plugins are a thin custom post type with a price field, and the moment you need a radius search or a per-category form you are writing it yourself anyway. This one starts there: geography, category fields, moderation and the safety details are the product, not an add-on.
Questions
Is this a theme or a plugin?
Both, and they are separate on purpose. The plugin holds the board — listings, categories, search, accounts. The theme only makes the rest of the site match. You can keep your own theme and use the plugin alone.
Can I run it on my own hosting?
Yes. It is ordinary WordPress: PHP 8.1 and WordPress 6.8 or newer, no external service and no API key.
Does it handle payments?
Not in this version. Listings are free to post; people arrange payment between themselves, the way a local board works.
What about spam?
Posting needs an account, new listings wait for a moderator, and phone numbers are never written into the page for bots to scrape.
Is the demo data real?
No. The 60 listings in the demo are made up, with generated photos, so you can see how a full board behaves rather than an empty one.
