I am Ruslan Bilohash — a PHP developer of BILOHASH.COM, now in Norway. In Ukraine I worked as an entrepreneur in public procurement (Prozorro): websites, reconstruction of public buildings, and small business projects. I was forced to leave Ukraine and not return because of armed aggression against the country, giving up my own business and any further operations in Ukraine. Today I attend the Norwegian integration language programme and work remotely as a freelancer. I build modern PageSpeed Insights 95+ products in PHP and related stacks, with Grok, Claude Code, GitHub, SSH, Docker and .htaccess as daily tools.
