Denys: Hva betyr egentlig dugnad?What does dugnad actually mean?
Maria: Det betyr at naboene jobber sammen uten å få betalt.It means that the neighbours work together without getting paid.
Maria: Vi rydder, maler og planter blomster.We tidy up, paint and plant flowers.
Humphrey: Jeg raker løv. Kan du bære avfallssekkene?I'm raking leaves. Can you carry the rubbish bags?
Denys: Selvfølgelig! Hvor skal de?Of course! Where do they go?
Humphrey: Til containeren ved parkeringsplassen.To the container by the car park.
Denys: Puh, de er tyngre enn jeg trodde.Phew, they're heavier than I thought.
Maria: Når vi er ferdige, blir det vafler og kaffe til alle!When we're done, there will be waffles and coffee for everyone!
